The Role As our Remote Client Experience Coordinator, you are the meticulous heartbeat of our client journey. You provide the "Reassuring Authority" our high-end travelers expect. From the moment an epic itinerary is curated until the client returns home, you ensure every logistical detail is flawlessly managed. You will transform ordinary customer service into an extraordinary, white-glove luxury experience, giving our clients the confidence to drift unscripted.
Key Responsibilities
White-Glove Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for travelers post-booking. Answer questions, manage expectations, and provide absolute confidence as they prepare for their epic journeys.
Itinerary Architecture: Assist the curation team in organizing and delivering visually stunning travel documents, ensuring our standard of Destination Education is present in every touchpoint.
Proactive Problem Solving: Monitor active client trips. Anticipate needs and resolve logistical hiccups behind the scenes before the client even notices, preserving their travel sanctuary.
Relationship Cultivation: Maintain detailed client profiles within our database to personalize future epic connections and foster long-term loyalty.
