Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Client Experience Coordinator. The Client Experience Coordinator will be responsible for managing client communications, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and addressing inquiries with professionalism and care. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating trip logistics, providing personalized recommendations, and assisting clients with resolving any issues. The role also involves maintaining organizational excellence to keep operations running smoothly and ensuring that clients feel valued throughout their journey.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a positive and seamless client experience
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and collaborate with team members
- Proficient Organization Skills to manage multiple tasks, coordinate schedules, and ensure timely follow-ups
- Experience in providing exceptional Customer Experience through personalized, detail-oriented service
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, reliably meeting deadlines and maintaining productivity
- Experience in travel planning or the travel and hospitality industry is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, email communication platforms, and productivity software is desirable
